Complete Ponds Shipping policy
We use UPS for shipping all of our items which usually takes 5 to 7 days after the item[s] are shipped domestic and 15 to 30 for international.
All domestic shipping will include tracking info.
Please let us know beforehand if you would like to pay a little extra for a faster option.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail upon receiving your order and your item will be shipped out as soon as we can get it to the mailbox!
